Refund & Cancellation Policy for Adwaitam Infotech LLP

Adwaitam Infotech LLP (“Adwaitam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing the best possible
service to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to request
a refund or cancellation. This policy outlines the scenarios under which refunds will be provided, the
process for cancellation, and the timelines for processing refunds.
1. Refund Scenarios
Adwaitam Infotech offers refunds under the following circumstances:
1.1 Service Cancellation by Adwaitam
- If Adwaitam Infotech fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within a reasonable time frame or cancels
the service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as technical difficulties or resource unavailability), a
full refund will be provided.
1.2 Client Request for Cancellation
- Clients can request cancellation within the first 7 days after purchasing a service. If the service has
not been delivered, a full refund will be processed.
- If the service is partially completed (e.g., if some development work has already been done), a partial
refund will be issued, calculated based on the portion of the work completed up to the cancellation date.
1.3 Dissatisfaction with Service Delivery
- If clients are dissatisfied with the delivered service and can demonstrate that the service provided
was not in line with the agreed specifications, a refund or partial refund may be considered based on a
review by Adwaitam Infotech.
1.4 Late Delivery of Service
- If Adwaitam Infotech fails to deliver the service within the time frame specified in the contract
(without valid reasons or extension), the client may request a refund for the portion of the service that
was not delivered as promised.
1.5 Subscription-Based Services
- If you subscribe to ongoing services such as maintenance, software support, or similar monthly services
and wish to cancel, the refund will be applicable only for services that have not yet been provided in the
current billing cycle.
2. Refund Timelines
Refund requests will be processed in the following timelines:
2.1 Full Refund (No Services Rendered)
- If a service has not been initiated and the client requests a cancellation, the refund will be processed
within 7-10 business days from the cancellation request.
2.2 Partial Refund (Services Partially Rendered)
- In cases where work has been partially completed, the refund will be processed within 10-14 business
days, with the refund amount adjusted based on the value of the work already completed.
2.3 Service Issues or Dissatisfaction
- If a client raises a concern about the quality or delivery of the service, the request will be reviewed,
and the client will be notified of the resolution within 7 business days. If a refund is warranted, it
will be processed within 10-14 business days.
2.4 Subscription-Based Refunds
- For subscription services, refunds will be issued for any unused period, with the refund processed
within 7-10 business days.
3. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment used for the original transaction, unless
otherwise agreed upon with the client. The available modes of refund include:
- Bank Transfer: To the same bank account used for the original payment.
- Online Payment Gateway: If the original payment was made via an online payment system (e.g., PayPal,
Razorpay, etc.), the refund will be processed to the same account.
- Credit/Debit Card Refunds: If the original payment was made using a credit or debit card, the refund
will be issued back to the same card.
Refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank processing times.
4. Refund Exclusions
Adwaitam Infotech will not offer refunds in the following scenarios:
- Services rendered or completed: If services have already been completed or delivered, no refund will be
granted.
- After the cancellation window has passed: Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date are
not eligible for a refund unless the issue is due to a failure on the part of Adwaitam Infotech.
- Third-party charges: Any charges related to third-party services or subscriptions (e.g., domain
registration, hosting, or licensed software) are non-refundable.
- Client-caused delays or changes: If the client delays the project or changes the project scope after
work has started, resulting in an extension of the project timeline, refunds will not be provided.
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To initiate a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:
- Submit a request to Adwaitam Infotech via email at adwaitaminfotech@gmail.com, including your name,
service details, and reason for cancellation or refund request.
- Provide supporting documentation if applicable (e.g., screenshots, email communications, or contract
copies).
- Await confirmation from our team, who will review your request and process the refund or cancellation
within the applicable timelines.
6. Modifications to This Policy
Adwaitam Infotech reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes
will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
